EFG introduces e-invoices
E-invoices to EFG Furniture group AB and EFG Sales AB.
To be able to handle invoices more efficient, EFG replaces today’s manual preparation of invoices with e-invoices. Great internal investments have been made to be able to implement this more efficient way of payments, which means all invoices will be delivered electronically from the 30th of September, 2010. It will be a demand to be able to use this e-invoice system in our future business contracts. Please note that the e-invoice is in an electronic document, not a PDF.
The Swedish corporations within the EFG group have all chosen to implement e-invoices for strong reasons, it saves a lot of administrative time and less costs for all parts. It is also a lot better for our environment and will lead to better customer relations!
EFG will cooperate with Pagero Nordic AB, using e-invoices. Pagero will be in touch with all of EFG:s suppliers in the next coming weeks, to find a solution suitable for each one of You, companies big as small. You are from now on able to get started by registering your company’s interest on www.pagero.se/registrering

To be able to deliver an e-invoice to EFG, you will need to have a recipient reference, which should be like this: first name space surname, ex. Paul Smith.
